2007 Rates Per Night:
$349.00 for up to 4 persons. Extra persons, $29/ea. Bedrooms provided as needed. Maximum number of persons allowable is 8.
Holiday rates are $390.00 for up to 4 persons. Extra persons $30/ea.
Add 10% Mariposa County tax to prices.
Two night minimum stay is required for weekends in October through April (excluding holiday).
Three night minimum stay is required for all In-Season dates and most holidays.
Four night minimum stay is required for Thanksgiving and Easter weekend.
Five night minimum stay is required for Christmas and the New Year holiday periods.
Add 5% surcharge to total rental charges for out of country transactions.
Returned personal checks are subject to a $45.00 charge.
