Yosemite Skyway

Consists of 2.5 acres of peace and quiet at Sky Ranch Road and West Sugar Pine Drive, one minute from the Southern Yosemite Highway (HWY 41). The three Yosemite Skyway homes are nestled on the edge of a grassy meadow decorated with native trees – Ponderosa Pine, Black Oak, California Bay, and Incense Cedar. In the fall when the black berries are ripe the meadow is alive with mule-ears (Wyethia – the large yellow flowers of the mountains). A visitor may even see one of Sierra Nevada’s native animals passing through. The meadow is home to a small herd of blacktail deer and sometimes a bear or three.

You can find in just a short drive world class family skiing & snowboarding at two great mountains: Yosemite’s Historic Badger Pass and Sierra Summit at Huntington Lake.
In the summers this area offers excellent hiking trails in the Sierra National Forest and Yosemite National Park, world class mountain/rock climbing, mountain biking, Bass Lake’s traditional pre-Ironman Triathlon, fishing and swimming in the streams, rivers and lakes, and three beautiful golf courses – Wawona in Yosemite (minutes away), Sierra Meadows, and Rivercreek just north of the
