Northstar at Tahoe Mountain Bike Park

Mountain bikers can find terrain for all abilities at Northstar-at-Tahoe, home to Northern California's largest mountain bike park. More than 100 miles of trails, including technical single track, follow ridgelines and drop through pine forests. For those who prefer the downhill thrill to climbing, Northstar's mountain bike park is now serviced by two of our high speed quad chairlifts. Lift ticket required for lift access and helmets are required for all riders.

Mountain Bike Rentals:
Northstar is a downhiller's paradise. Rugged terrain and gnarly features will challenge and thrill you. Our rental fleet of high-end freeride and downhill bikes can conquer even the rockiest terrain we dish out.

Our basic and midrange mountain bikes are an excellent choice to explore more of Northstar.Helmets are required to ride Northstar's Mountain Bike Park and lift tickets are required for lift access. Helmet, gloves and complimentary water bottle included with bike rentals.

After a bout with the dirt, rest and rejuvenate in one of Northstar's slopeside condominiums, located a short ride from the mountain bike trails.

Welcome to Dirt Camp!
Dirt Camp is the only national mountain biking program featured at premier ski and summer resorts across the country, including Northstar.

Two-day weekend instructional mountain bike camps teach everything from basic riding skills for beginners to advanced techniques for experienced riders.

Programs combine a familiarization of the basics with detailed on-trail technique instruction and riders will learn with others of similar ability levels.
