Eating. Drinking. Meeting. These are the words that describe what Hilton's new Mediterranean gastropub, Urban Tavern, is all about. The 240-seat restaurant pays tribute to the tradition of European taverns with the added twist of an urban setting.

Renowned Chef Laurant Manrique (Campton Place, Aqua, Fifth Floor) has crafted a rustic French influenced menu that is executed nightly by Executive Chef Patrick Kehler (Circolo, Aqua). Private dining is available for parties of 20-80 people.

• 6:30 am - 11:00 am Breakfast
• 11:30 am - 2:30 pm Lunch
• 5:30 pm - 10:00 pm Dinner
