Social Gatherings

Having your wedding, reunion, or other special event at the Hampton means convenience for you and your guests. With over 5,700 sq ft of meeting and banquet space, the Hampton can seat up to 250 people for your special event. Bring in your own caterer or use ours.

Your banquet package includes: tables, chairs, buffet tables, table linens, coffee & ice water bar and ice... You can also bring in your own beverages and caterer. We do not require you to use our in-house catering.

Having your event here also means discounted guest room rates for event attendees. All of our guest rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, coffeemaker, hair dryer, iron and board for your use. Enjoy a complimentary hot breakfast in our three story atrium or have a private breakfast just for your group in one of our spacious meeting rooms.

The event will receive its own personalized web page. Each page has its own unique URL address for the meeting or event planner to place on their website, in literature forwarded to attendees, or any other collateral. A Personalized Group Web Page also allows attendees to book their conference rate online from one web page. Attendees no longer have to search for a hotel, select the correct dates, and enter the three letter group code. All of this is done with the click of one button on a Personalized Group Web Page. Personalized Group Web Pages can be used for large or small meetings of any type, including conferences, conventions, weddings, youth groups, reunions, sport tournaments, etc.

Each page contains information about the group, the hotel, room rates, applicable shoulder dates, and links back to the group's website. Personalized Group Web Pages can be further customized to include photos, logos, itineraries, agendas, etc. My Guest List Manager is available for planners to book multiple group reservations as well as view room count summaries for an established group block.
