Set on the historic downtown Sonoma Plaza, 45 minutes north of San Francisco, our contemporary boutique hotel reflects the simple charm of the wine country as well as the urban sophistication of our guests. Guest Rooms

The hotel's recently refurbished 27 guest rooms are tastefully designed in a clean and simple manner that feature abundant light with French doors leading to a private balcony with views of the Spanish Plaza or garden courtyard. Each room includes a four poster bed with down duvet, private bathroom with shower, flat screen TV, CD & DVD player, cordless telephone and mini-refrigerators.

The El Dorado has 23 Standard rooms upstairs in the main building. In addition, we have 4 Bungalows which are separate from the main building & ground level.

El Dorado Hotel offers ADA accessible bungalows.

At the El Dorado Hotel and Kitchen we have successfully applied a wide range of environmentally friendly practices in an effort to enhance our planet’s and our guest’s well being. El Dorado is proud to do our part, from energy and water conservation to recycling; we have implemented the following measures:
